在荔枝窩以環境友善方式種植、天然無添加、定期小批量研磨以保存芳香氣味，研磨成珍珠末大小的極幼細度，沖調飲品和入饌同樣適合。當中薑黃素具抗氧化、預防腦退化症及舒緩發炎之效；促進腸道蠕動，改善便秘問題。

黃薑富含薑黃素 (Curcumin)可增強抵抗力、預防發炎，照顧好身體是防疫一部份。黃薑在12年份開始採收，經過清洗、切片、日曬，最後研磨成非常幼細的黃薑粉，香味濃郁；不論用來煮咖哩、葡汁還是沖調黃金奶茶同樣美味。
