細則條款:
1. 圖片僅供參考，請以實物為準。
2. 請於送貨日前4個工作天預訂(不包括星期六、日及公眾假期) ，所有盆菜以不鏽鋼盆盛載。
3. 盆菜為每日新鮮製作，收到盆菜後請於3小時內食用。
4. 送貨服務只能於指定時段安排，11:00 - 13:00 、 16:00 - 18:00 或 18:00 - 20:00，不接受特定時間送貨。
5. 素年有限公司保留權利，以適當的產品去替代市場缺乏供應之產品，但本公司會確保替代之產品是同價值或更高價之產品，以及確保其品質是與之前的產品相近。
6. 訂購一經接納，所繳付之款項將不獲退還。如需更改送貨時間、日期、地址，請於送貨日最少5個工作天前致電 5294 9232
7. 送貨範圍包括香港島、九龍市區、新界及東涌。
8. 離島及偏遠地區如石澳、昂船洲、長洲、南丫島、坪洲、沙頭角、流浮山、愉景灣等等，恕不提供送貨服務。
9. 馬灣送貨時段只適用於每日上午十一時至下午一時。
10. 送貨服務不適用於任何管制區域、酒店房間或海外。
11. 客人如未能於指定時段內收貨，將被當作自動放棄論，有關盆菜不會另行安排送貨服務，而所繳交的費用亦不獲退還。

13. 如天氣惡劣天文台宣佈懸掛八號及以上颱風或紅/黑色暴雨警告訊號時，送貨服務將另作安排。
14. 數量有限，售完即止。

*The Poon Choi order price includes delivery charges. Please try to fill in the delivery address in Chinese to facilitate the driver's delivery. Thank you!

**Terms & Conditions:**

1.  The image is for reference only; please refer to the actual product.

2.  Please place your order at least 4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) before the delivery date. All pots are served in stainless steel containers.

3.  The pots are freshly made daily. Please consume within 3 hours after receipt.

4.  Delivery service is only available during specified time slots: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM, or 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Specific time requests cannot be accommodated.

5.  Years Limited reserves the right to substitute products that are in short supply with appropriate alternatives. We will ensure that the substitutes are of equal or higher value and that their quality is comparable to the original products.

6.  Once an order is confirmed, payments made are non-refundable. To change the delivery time, date, or address, please call 5294 9232 at least 4 working days before the scheduled delivery date.

7.  Delivery areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and Tung Chung.

8.  No delivery service is provided to outlying islands and remote areas such as Shek O, Stonecutters Island, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Sha Tau Kok, Lau Fau Shan, Discovery Bay, etc.

9.  Delivery to Ma Wan is only available daily from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

10. Delivery service is not available to any restricted areas, hotel rooms, or overseas addresses.

11. If the recipient fails to receive the order during the specified time slot, it will be considered voluntarily forfeited. No re-delivery will be arranged, and the fee paid will not be refunded.

13. In case of severe weather, if the Hong Kong Observatory hoists a No. 8 typhoon signal or above, or issues a Red/Black Rainstorm Warning, delivery services will be rescheduled.

14. Quantities are limited, available while supplies last.

15. Years Limited reserves the right of final decision regarding any disputes.
