Sichuan spicy is all about the spicy and hemp taste with a hint of herbal medicine fragrance. Mab Kitchen carefully selected and stir-fried premium. Sichuan peppercorn and green peppercorn grains to release the aroma, and ground them into powder. Adding dry sichuan pepper of mild hotness and white sesame baked at low temperature enhances the texture of Sichuan Mala Sauce.Through a multi-step process, the hemp flavor and moderate salinity.

Suitable for various cookery such as seasoning: lo mein, cold mix, dish seasoning, dipping sauce for dishes or hotpot.
