二澳 x 素緣 - 芫荽醬｜Yi O x Jeffrey - Coriander Sauce (180g)

芫荽控有口福了！素緣Jeffery 芫荽醬加入了兩款不同品種的芫荽 ─ 二澳種植的中國和泰國芫荽，以增加芫荽的香濃味道。此醬料特別加入二澳檸檬葉和二澳薑代替五辛，令口感清新有層次，可用作烹調不同菜式。

芫荽的葉與莖均有獨特香味而被稱作「香菜」，食用方法多樣化。中國、台灣與東南亞均視之為必備的調味料。新鮮芫荽葉除了可作為主食蔬菜單炒，亦可為湯或醬料增香，更可用作涼拌菜。

Attention coriander lovers! Our Coriander Sauce is made with two different kinds of Corianders - Chinese Corianders and Thai Corianders grown locally in Yi O farm - to enhance the sauce’s flavour. Yi O lemon leaves and ginger are also added to the sauce in place of onions and garlic, giving it a refreshing and layered flavour to be used in different dishes.

Coriander’s leaves and roots have unique flavours, hence it’s also called “fragrant leaf vegetable”. Coriander is an essential seasoning in Chinese, Taiwanese and Southeast Asian cuisines. It can be used in many different recipes, stir frying it as the main vegetable, adding it into soup or sauce to increase flavour, or using it as a salad vegetable.
